Mustique’s north side location offers direct access to both Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico and provides stunning views of both, imparting the sense of a unique island experience!
Extraordinarily designed with only two condominiums to each level, so imagine the view from any angle of eastern sunrises or western sunsets. Each 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo has spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, finished wood cabinets and wine coolers. | Deposits: Daily/Weekly Stays: Advance rent payment is equal to one night's rent per week or $150; whichever is greater. Balance due on arrival. Take advantage of our Express Check-in Service by prepaying at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Monthly Stays: Advance payment is $200-$500 (depending on the property), and this amount does apply toward rent. |

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay. |
