Property Information

Chateau Soleil is located on a Gulf-front lot with a private beach in the Dunes Subdivision, approximately 19.5 miles west of Gulf Shores on Fort Morgan Parkway. This luxurious home has 10 bedrooms, 8.5 baths and a loft. Less than 7 miles from Chateau Soleil is one of the top rated public golf courses in the U.S., Kiva Dunes. Peninsula, another beautiful golf course, is also nearby. Fort Morgan Marina is across the street. This four level home features multiple decks, screened-in deck, two kitchens, two master bedrooms, two laundry facilities and an elevator that is available to guests with physical needs. The downstairs and upstairs living areas are furnished in marbled ceramic tile. Bedrooms either have carpet or hardwood florring. All rooms have been professionally decorated to provide the ultimate beach vacation.

The main level of this home includes the living room with two separate sitting areas. One sitting area includes three sofas with a built-in entertainment center that features a big screen TV. There is also a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry facility, half bath and a wet bar. This level also features two bedrooms. The southwest bedroom has a king-size bed, while the northwest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms share a common full bath.

The second level of Chateau Soleil has four bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the southwest side of the house, has a king-size bed with a morning kitchen and a private full bath that features a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity. The French doors in this room open onto a private balcony that overlooks the Gulf. The northwest bedroom has a queen-size bed along with a private full bath with shower only. The northeast bedroom has two sets of adult-sized bunk beds, along with a private full bath with a shower only. The southeast bedroom has a queen-size bed along with a private full bath with a shower only. This room has a window on the south wall that overlooks the living area and beach.

The third level of this spacious property houses the three bedrooms. The second master suite has a king-size bed with private full bath that features a whirlpool tub. The additional laundry facility is also located in this master bath. This master suite also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting areas and private access to the Gulf-front viewing deck. The southeast bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private full bath with a shower only. The northeast bedroom has a day bed with pop-up trundle and a private full bath with a shower only. Built-in bench seating within a bay window offers expansive views from the north side of the home.

The fourth level of Chateau Soleil features three twin beds, one of which is a sleeper chair, an open sitting area and a big-screen TV. This level is a great place for children to have their own getaway. A large window on th esouth side of this room offers panoramic views of the Gulf. This level is only accessible by stairs.

All homes in the Dunes Subdivision have access to a swimming pool and hot tub. This home is non-smoking.

Required Stay:  7 nights in-season, 3 nights off-season
Deposits:  Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300. If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week. In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service. Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries
Lodging Tax:  8.5%
Cancellation Policy:  We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable. Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened. Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons. Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice. If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
Other Fees:  Housekeeping rates vary depending on property. Non-refundable Security Deposit Protector® and Reservation Processing Fee required on each reservation.
