Clean, and Convenient. Beautiful setting to watch the sun and moon rise out of the Caribbean bay with a view of Isla Mujere, from you living room and patio. The pool is right next to your patio,in the lower unit, (upper units availiable) and because you are in a private condo association you have it to yourself! NO TIMESHARE PRESSURE or BEACH VENDORS.
You can walk to the pier and take the ferry over to the island for $3.00, and the island is beautiful. If you want to snorkel the sea out front, is just 30 yards, is calm and good for snorkeling and fearless swimming without the strong undertows!
Public transportation takes you to the real downtown where all the good outdoor markets for the real bargains are, just 15 minutes. Also to the hotel zone , just 15 minutes by bus, 7 min by car or taxi. There is security on-site and a gated parking lot.
You don't need to pay the big dollars. SAVE IT - to spend there!!! Remember Cancun is only 15 -20 miles long. Everywhere is close to everywhere!
