Privately owned, recently renovated VIP 3 bed, 2 bath villa, located just steps from two golf courses and a short 5 minute walk from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Custom decorated and centrally located, this villa features terrazzo tile floors, Carolina room, living/dining great room, a first floor master bedroom suit with huge tile shower for 2 and separate powder room. Upstairs, there is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a third with two twins. This is a non smoking unit.

Free clay court tennis time with the rental of bikes from the South Beach Racquet Club. Other amenities include three televisions, a VHS/DVD player, modest video library, cable, stereo sound system, microwave, free wireless high speed internet, dishwasher, a full-size washer/dryer, and a fully equipped custom kitchen.
