YOU MAY rent other properties for up to six times or more the cost, but its not likely you will surpass the unique lush beauty, fabulous amenities, quality service and sunset memories which Castles on the Sea can truly provide. As private resort owners, we have been extremely successful, due in part due to (1) knowing what most of our guests like and what their desires are, in terms of an actual "tropical paradise" experience, and allowing those wishes to become a reality. (2) Truly offering far more unique amenities, in our world class accommodations at far less cost, this gift we have been blessed with for 35 years+ while assisting MANY hundreds of others in obtaining their dream vacations. HISTORY: This estate was originally owned by Mr. Abe Issa, who knows a good thing when he sees it. Mr. Issa is also known locally as (Mr. Jamaica) for the numerous projects he and his family have contributed to Jamaica for many years, especially in the field of tourism, and they are also the owners of all the world famous Super Club hotels, which originally gave birth to both Caribbean and Jamaica tourism, all in our beautiful parish of St. Mary, with the Tower Isle hotel being Jamaica's first luxury hotel, followed by the famous Playboy club and hotel, and a short time later Mr. Issa's San Souci hotel *movie location for James Bond's "Live and let die" opened.
Ian Flemming brought James Bond to life here in his modest villa Golden Eye, Sir Noel Cowards villa Firefly is now a museum, Chris Blackwell is a major developer in St. Mary, and is currently spending U.S $100 million dollars on wonderful new tourist related developments for St. Mary, slated for completion in 2008.
A short list of famous guests to St. Mary include, the Queen mother, Liz Taylor, Richard Burton, Errol Flynn, Sean Connery, and last month *April 2006, former President and Mrs. Bill Clinton who while on vacation in St, Mary stated that he "is positive on Jamaica".
Obvious reasons why tourist development in the Caribbean FIRST took place in Saint Mary is what visitors still discover today, its very peaceful and the immense tranquil beauty is undeniable, with wonderful beaches, mountains, rivers & waterfalls, and it is a centrally located tropical Eden.
Castles on the Sea has formally been featured world wide by multi media including, MACO Caribbean Living (The Caribbean's finest luxury home magazine), issue #1, pages 60 thru 71 (11 pages) "King of Colour".
CASTLES FEATURE: Four large 2nd story bedroom suites, all featuring their own large private terraces with 180 degree+ dream views, while overlooking a crystal clear waterfall pool, fountains, fishponds, and spas and of course the glorious multi colored Caribbean.
All are fully air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Each suite has its own mini refrigerator, Two have on the wall LCD televisions, and two have televisions with built in DVD players. There are a total of two king size beds and four queen size, with additional two convertible beds in each great room. Gorgeous floors are of polished mahogany.

TWO large posh and always cool, designer great rooms, each having huge floor to ceiling windows for fabulous sea and garden views, all doors open to outer walls allowing full views, with the inside literally becoming part of the outside. Plush convertible queen size beds, 1/2 baths (total of 6 baths) television, CD players, ceiling fans, deluxe furnishings and works of art throughout both Castles, views from all rooms are simply awesome. and must be seen to be believed. Elegant gleaming floors are of light pink & white imported marble. There are also two state of art kitchens, with most appliances throughout both Castles being either brand new or less than two years old.

AMENITIES OF AREA: Castles is located in Boscobel which is about a 15 minute drive to Ocho Rios, and its world famous Dunns River waterfalls & beach, Dolphin Cove, river rafting, deep sea fishing and diving, parasailing, wave runners, horseback riding, tennis and golf, plantation tours, Shaw Park botanical gardens, many famous restaurants, (including Jimmy Buffets Margaretville) beaches, huge island crafts market, shopping malls and much nightlife, Were just minutes from convenient Boscobel inter- island airdrome, 8 minutes from James Bond beach, and the new sting ray city, and Ian Flemings former "James Bond home" Golden Eye". Its 10 minutes drive to "Firefly" Sir Noel Coward's former residence, now a museum.

Vacation Rental Policies
| Deposits: DEPOSIT of 25% is required to secure a booking date for bookings made five weeks or more prior to arrival.
Payment in full is required for bookings made less than five weeks of arrival.
Payments excepted in form of either a personal check, cashiers bank check, money order, secured cash, bank wire, or Western Union money gram. Payments received less than five weeks prior to arrival must be either secured cash or a certified bank check. All payments made payable to H. Verne Palm Beach Polo & Country Club, 11790 Rene LaCoste Drive, Wellington, Florida 33414 U.S.A.
TELEPHONE or/and fax or e-mail booking date confirmation must be made prior to any payment being sent.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A damage deposit in the amount of $500.00 may be required, same is fully refundable, within two weeks of departure if guest(s) had caused no damage.

| Other Policies: CASTLES ON THE SEA is our newest private resort, so for our new guests in its first year, we feel certain that all of our guests will be totally delighted upon their arrival, that we offer, what is perhaps a first in the private villa resort business, we will guarantee, that any guest UPON ARRIVAL, who does not wish to check in to Castles on the Sea for any reason what so ever, will receive a 90% refund. (10% used for booking fees etc. grocery costs are not included), excepting the CHRISTmas and New Years period, when no refunds will be given.

This property is ideal for: individuals, honeymooners, small weddings, families and groups, sorry but Castles is not wheel chair friendly. Any and all questions welcomed via telephone (east coast time), e-mail or fax.

CRIME; The very large parishes of both Saint Mary where Castles on the sea is located, and the parish of Portland, home to the Chateau en Exotica. are known as extremely friendly & peaceful havens, and in fact are actually two of the very safest areas in all of Jamaica, with far less serious crime than most areas of the Caribbean. Crime as a rule in Jamaica has been primarily NOT AGAINST TOURISTS, and is mostly drug related to locals, occurring mostly in the inner cities of Kingston, and St. Catherine, which are many miles away (THANK GOD) from our corners of paradise. We do suggest that all guests no matter where in the world you are, take the same common sense steps, as you most likely would back in your respective homes, don't invite strangers into premises, lock car, don't pick up hitch hikers, or leave valuables in plain site in your car. Lock Castle doors prior to retiring at night.
Take these precautions, and travel safely where ever you go in life.
LIABILITY: There are no life guards at Castles on the Sea. All swimming, water sports and activities are solely at your own risk, we are also not responsible for any personal injury, or loss/damage to property of any kind. Though Castles on the Sea is an electronic gated estate, with a live on premises Butler/houseman, for which we have never had a security problem, guests do have an option for a night time security guard if so desired.
