“Villa Debra was fantastic as was your hospitality during the our booking. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Your rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and most of all comfortable. I especially loved the wooden entertainment unit in the downstairs master bedroom.
Unfortunately, we never can take vacations without being tied into the everyday life of our business back home... and we were perfectly connected with your wireless network, satellite cable and your vonage phone line.
Costa del Sol was a great community to be in. We met your neighbor Darren who was very pleasant. The onsite staff was great and Rodrigo had everything waiting for us as requested. As you know our flight down was eventful to say the least, making it even more wonderful when we finally arrived at 1 am to be able to reach into the fridge and grab a cold beverage. I don't need to tell you how fantastic it was to get geared up and walk just out our house to our own private pier where our dive shop, Pelagic Ventures picked us up every morning.
We consider ourselves seasoned Cozumel Villa renters - this being our 6th different rental. All of us agreed that Villa Debra filled all of our requirements for the divers and non-divers among us. We are already talking about how soon we can get together to return.”

“If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful Villa, very reasonably priced, in a secluded setting where you can actually relax and enjoy your stay on the island, then by all means, check this out. Eight of my family members, recently stayed at the Villa Debra for a week. Each of us had our own private quiet place, and there is plenty of room for everyone to gather together for fun and activities also. It is located directly on the calm (west side) of the island, with a beautiful beachfront, and dock for boats to pick you up for sea adventures, such as scuba, snorkeling, fishing, or whatever you might desire. The property management team is totally professional, and never intrusive. The grounds are kept immaculate, and the Villa is set up for your comfort, with all the conveniences of home, and more. Just south of the Villa, there are 2 very nice beach resorts, open to the public, where you can meet other island hoppers, for some real fun in the sun. Basically, the whole southern end of the island is tailored to visitors, seeking a good time on their vacation, whether it be for a quiet, relaxing time, or all out adventurous fun. All in all, I would have to say, if you are looking for value, in a very comfortable vacation, without having to empty the kids college account, or taking out a 2nd on your house, just to enjoy some time off, you should consider looking in to this Villa.”

“If you have not been to Costa del Sol, you should. I have visited Cozumel over 20 times. I used to stay at Plaza Las Glorias, and then stayed at Las Brisas and last year a large villa called Santa Pliar, none remotely matched the quality of the 2 homes I stayed in over a 4 week period at Costa Del Sol. The 2 houses were Casa Deb and Cozumel Sol. Simply put they are brand new very large water front homes with American appliances / fixtures and beautiful Mexican furnishings. The grounds while still under construction were very nice. The pool was great and the hot tub was a nice feature. Their pier was especially convenient for us as our fishing boats and dive boats picked us up and returned us almost to our doorstep. Amber, Jim, Rick & Lynda with Cozumel Luxury Rentals were spectacular hosts. They came by everyday to check on us and if there was the least of a problem they fixed it almost immediately. Highly recommend these homes and the management company. “
