3 bedrooms on 2nd level. Futon bed in an open room downstairs off living room. Most of the furniture is Brand New! Every room, ceiling and walls freshly painted Spring 2008!! Hardwood floors sanded and finished Spring 2008! New rugs installed May 2008! Very clean throughout. Table and 6 chairs in screen porch. Chairs and table outside on slate patio. Gas grill. 4 beach chairs and cooler available.

Bath & beach towels and clean linen is provided. Consumables are not provided however a minimal amount may be available to get you started (i.e. toilet paper, laundry soap, hand soap, condiments). If you would like the house cleaned during your stay, I can provide you with a number of a cleaning service, at your expense. Most of the furniture and all linen and dishes are BRAND NEW.
