Fantastic North shore cottage on Little Traverse Lake. Rippled, sandy beach, crystal clear water, and large deck leading to a gazebo are the perfect accessories to a waterfront paradise.
This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home is large enough to accommodate 10 and spacious enough to be comfortable. The living room has a wrap around couch facing the fieldstone fireplace. Its open floor plan makes for wonderful lake views through the main quarters of the house.
This is Little Traverse Lake at its best. Beautiful beachfront setting out one side and across the road leads through the National Park over to Lake Michigan to watch the evening sunsets.
Additional Rate Information
•All rates are subject to 6% sales tax.
•Your accommodation will be available for check-in after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m.
•You may cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival during June , July, and August and 30 days prior to reservations from September to May. Deposits, for cancellations made with sufficient notice, will be refunded minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 90/30 day notice will be forfeited.
•Please be advised of each cottages rules whether they allow pets or smoking.There will be a $75.00 cleanup fee for pets.
•A deposit of half is due when you make a reservation and the remainder is due at check-in.
•No refunds given for early departure.
