Villa Mahr is situated high on the Estate Carolina Mountain Side, offering you the beauty of the Caribbean with it's ocean view and gentle breezes.
Villa Mahr consists of three available weekly rental units; Mariposa I, II and III.
Mar-I-Posa is part of the Villa Mahr Complex and has been a life long dream of owner, Neil I. Mahr. Neil is a former drag racer and most recently retired operator of BROOKFEST Campground, located across from Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, Michigan. He has catered to over 15,000 NASCAR Race Fans during race week at MIS for the past nineteen years.
You DO NOT need a passport to come to the US, Virgin Islands.... A passport is ONLY needed if you are going to visit the British VI, such as Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, or Virgin Gorda.
ONLY a driver's license with your photo on it is required, but a copy of your birth certificate is a very good idea to have with you as you go thru customs when you leave St. Thomas, NOT as you come in.

UPPER VILLA $1800.00 per week
LOWER LEVEL $1500.00 per week
SUMMER RATES
5/16/09 TO 11/14/09
UPPER VILLA $1500.00 per week
LOWER LEVEL $1200.00 per week
Jeep Rental - $400 per week (7 Days)
The above rates are for a maximum of 4 Adults Per Unit...
Any additional adults will be rated at $15.00 per night per additional adult guest
(No additional charge for children under 16).
A $200.00 Refundable Damage Deposit is Required.
Be sure to call and make your reservation before your flight arrangements.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that departure times are no earlier than 11:00 AM.
This will allow enough time to get to St Thomas airport from St John.
