Property Information
3 bedroom / 2 bath house on Fish Creek available for the track season.
Families welcome.
Quiet location.
Sleeps 6-8 with futon couch. An additional blow-up couch is available.
10 minutes (5.8 miles) to the track.
Water access to Saratoga Lake. Dock. (depth approx. 4.5 feet)
Small sand beach on property. Use of canoe.
Pets okay with additional deposit.
RATES:
Rental rates from October to May.
Summer rate scale different, please inquire.
Rentals available from 2 nights to mulitple months.
If renting for more than one month the rate is $1,400 per month.
One month rate is $1,550.
Weekly rate is $550.
Weekend rate is $250. (Friday 3PM to Sunday noon)
Daily rate is $125 for Fridays and Saturdays, $75 for Sunday to Thursday.
Thanksgiving weekend (from Wed 3 PM to Sunday noon) the rate is $500.
Available July, 2010 from the 3rd to the 18th for $2,500 total or $1,500 per week.
August and September rates different, please inquire.
Pets are okay with additional fee and deposit.
