The villa is part of Krisada Beach Resort located on the northshore of Koh Samui in Bang Por and on the same beach as the 5-star Four Seasons Resort. This part of the island is quiet and peaceful with the best beach and freshest, clearest waters, which are very safe for children and adults alike.
The secure, peaceful, coconut palmed location is convenient to public transportation, walking distance (along the beach) to several local restaurants , 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Nathon, the island’s major commercial town.
The 2 bedroom villa is only 2 years old, built in traditional Thai style with large roof overhangs protecting you from the sun and infrequent rain while you lounge on your balcony; the perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails as you watch the magnificent sunsets. The bungalow has two bedrooms with king sized beds, air conditioning, and ample windows with screens for those that prefer to listen to the waves as you drift off to dream land.
The comfortable living room is furnished with a sectional couch, perfect for relaxing in the evening or watching a movie on the DVD. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences such as high speed wireless internet, cable TV, air conditioning in each bedroom, granite counters in the bathroom and kitchen, walk-in shower with hot water, vessel sink and quality accessories.
The Thai style kitchen has western conveniences: microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, dishes, glasses etc., however, with great local restaurants within a short stroll down the beach at very inexpensive prices, one tends to never cook dinner in.
The swimming pool is directly adjacent to the villa and is shared by the other 5 villas on the property.
The villa is suitable for 4 people wanting a truly topical beachfront holiday at an unbelievable price. Additional sleeping is possible on the oversized L-shaped sofa in the living room.
Specially priced at $US 99 (Regular $US175) for January 1 to March 31, 2009, this villa is the best beachfront bargain in Koh Samui. There is a 5 night minimum. A 50% credit card deposit is required at booking. Full payment is due within 4 weeks of check-in.
