Loaded with comfort and just the right size for a small family vacation or romantic getaway, this upstairs unit is a short walk onto Timberline's Winterset Trail. Rent it in combination with Big Bear for family gatherings any time of the year.
Additional Rate Information
Little Bear requires a $200 refundable damage/security deposit. Credit cards are not accepted for payment of security deposits. Please pay with a personal check 30 days prior to arrival or with cash at check in.

| Check Out: Check out at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office. Check out is 10am. |
| Deposits: 50% of the untaxed rental rate is required to hold the reservation.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. |
| Lodging Tax: State and local lodging taxes equal 12%. |
| Cancellation Policy: No cancellation within 30 days of arrival. $75 penalty for cancelling before 30 days. Optional travel insurance is offered. |
| Other Fees: $200 refundable damage/security deposit is required. |
