Northface # 24 - Tree House - (358 Brookside Dr). Skiing is way too easy from this very comfortable slope side home. Multitaskers can watch the kids ski Salamander while relaxing in the outdoor hot tub...isn't life great? This non-smoking rental will require 4-wheel drive to access in the winter. Well behaved dogs are welcome to join in the fun for an additional $100.
Additional Rate Information
Tree House requires a $300 refundable damage/security deposit. Credit cards are not accepted for payment of damage deposits. Please pay with a personal check 30 days prior to arrival of with cash at check in.

| Check In: Check in at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office located on Route 32, Canaan Valley, WV. Check in time is 3pm. |
| Check Out: Check out at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office. Check out is at 10am. |
| Deposits: 50% of the untaxed rental rate is required to hold the reservation. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to check in. |
| Lodging Tax: State and local lodging taxes equal 12%. |
| Cancellation Policy: No cancellation within 30 days of arrival. $75 penalty for cancelling before 30 days. Optional travel insurance is offered. |
| Other Fees: $100 pet fee when applicable.
