Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. |
| Lodging Tax: State and local lodging taxes equal 12%. |
| Cancellation Policy: No cancellation within 30 days of arrival. $75 penalty for cancelling before 30 days. Optional travel insurance is offered. |
| Other Fees: hot tub fees apply to properties offering on. $53 minimum fee increases to $106 for stays of 5 or more nights.
