Woods End 32 - "Maple Lodge", (146 Winterhaven Drive). Extremely kid-friendly this new single-family home offers "cozy comfort" in a beautiful setting. Hikers, bikers and Nordic skiers will love the great location. Enjoy the onsite fishing pond and tennis court or walk to the Winterset trail for an active family vacation. This unit is non-smoking, however well behaved non-smoking dogs are allowed for an additional $100.
Additional Rate Information
Maple Lodge requires a $300 refundable damage/security deposit. Credit cards are not accepted for payment of security deposits. Please pay 30 days before arrival with a personal check or with cash upon arrival.

Vacation Rental Policies
| Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Personal checks are accepted 30 or more days prior to arrival. |
| Check In: Check in at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office on Route 32 in Canaan Valley, WV. Check in time is 3pm. |
| Check Out: Check out at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office. Check out is at 10am. |
| Deposits: 50% of the untaxed rental rate is required to hold the reservation.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. |
| Lodging Tax: State and local lodging taxes equal 12%. |
| Cancellation Policy: No cancellation within 30 days of arrival. $75 penalty for cancelling before 30 days. Optional travel insurance is offered. |
| Other Fees: $100 PET FEE WHEN APPLICABLE.
Hot tub fees apply to all properties that offer the amenity. $53 minimum fee increases to $106 for stays of 5 or more nights.
