Blackwater Alcove # 8 - (307 Chickadee Dr). Four Seasons - Contemporary octagonal cottage with wonderfully open floor plan; featuring a cathedral ceiling and woodburning stove. Located on a nicely secluded lot very close to the Wildlife Refuge.

Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage deposits cannot be paid with a credit card. We accept checks 30 days prior to arrival or cash at check in.
Vacation Rental Policies
| Payment Options: VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted. Personal checks are accepted only 30 or more days prior to arrival. |
| Check In: Check in is at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office on Route 32, Canaan Valley. Physical address for the office is 12 Blackwater Center, Davis, WV 26260. Check in time is 3pm. |
| Check Out: Check out at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office. Check out time is 10am. |
| Deposits: 50% of the untaxed rental rate is required to hold the reservation. Payment in full 30 days prior to arrival. |
| Lodging Tax: State and local lodging taxes equal 12%. |
| Cancellation Policy: No refund for cancellation within 30 days of arrival. $75 penalty for cancelling before 30 days. Optional travel insurance is offered. |
| Other Fees: Four Seasons requires a refundable $300 damage deposit. |
