Property Information
If you want a one of a kind vacation, CassaNova is the rental unit for you. This new custom built home features seven bedrooms (three of which are master bedrooms) and five and a half baths, a room specifically designed for a pool table and another as a theatre room with a large screen TV. Picture yourself walking around the house barefooted after skiing – the radiant floor heat will keep you toasty warm. Outdoor speakers will make your hot tub experience more relaxing and there are several small decks for relaxing ‘away from the crowd’. A dining room table seating 16, WIFI and a built-in natural gas grill round out the amenities

Personal checks are only accepted 30 or more days prior to arrival.
Credit cards accepted: MC, VISA, DISC
Credit cards are not accepted for damage/security deposits.
CassaNova requires a $600.00 damage/security deposit.

Vacation Rental Policies
| Check In: Check in at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office on Route 32, Canaan Valley, WV. Check in time is 3pm. |
| Check Out: Check out at the Almost Heaven WV Realty office. Check out time is 10am. |
| Deposits: 50% of the untaxed rental rate is required to hold the reservation.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. |
| Lodging Tax: State and local lodging taxes equal 12%. |
| Cancellation Policy: No cancellation within 30 days of arrival. $75 penalty for cancelling before 30 days. Optional travel insurance is offered. |
| Other Fees: $600 refundable security deposit is required.
Hot tub fees apply to all properties offering the amenity. $53 minimum increases to $106 for stays of 5 or more nights. |
