Property Information
AuSable Bend Lodge is located upriver from the Mio Dam East of Luzerne. The lodge is on 17 acres with approx. 600 feet of beautiful flowing river frontage. The property adjoins thousands of acres of heavily wooded Huron National Forest and offer lots of room and privacy. Spacious lodge sleeps 9 in beds with additional sleeping room with hide-a-bed sofa
Lodge has spacious kitchen and includes appliances such as range, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. Large dining table seats 10. Full bath with whirlpool tub and additional shower. Lodge is also equipped with laundry equipment. Three bedrooms on the main floor and sleeping loft with 3 twin beds. Also has hide-a-bed sofa on the main floor. AuSable Bend Lodge is open all Four Seasons for summer and winter recreation and relaxation!

Weekly:
Summer/Fall (May - December) $1,200./week
(Rifle season $1,500./week includes hunting privileges)
Christmas break $1,200./week
Winter (January - April) $900./week (may require 4 wheel drive for access)
Weekends when available (two night stay)
Summer/Fall (May - December) $600./weekend
Winter (January - April) $400./weekend
Additional nights:
$150. per night
All rates are base on four persons (additional $25 per week per person with 12 persons maximum)
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the AuSable Bend Lodge
Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoor smokers must use caution due to fire danger
