Two Night Minimum: $1300.00 per night

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: We accept Visa or MasterCard

Check In: Check-in time 4:00 pm

Check Out: Check-out time 11:00 am

Required Stay: 3 Night minimum weekends 2 night minimum weeknights

Deposits: 10% deposit if more than 6 months in advance. 25% deposit if between 2 and 6 months prior. Full payment required if within 2 months of arrival.

Lodging Tax: Rates are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds.

Other Fees: Cleaning fee of $199.50 (one time only with booking)
