Property Information
Villa Tamarindo is a brand new (completed November 2007) two bedroom cottage located high atop a ridge with stunning views of St Croix and the Caribbean Sea. The villa has a spacious pool deck with an outdoor dining area under the shade of a thatched palapa. A view facing terrace opens off the great room with a shaded dining area and plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The two master suites with king sized beds on either side of the great room have individually controlled air conditioning, en suite bathrooms and a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. Also on the property is a boccie court and seating area. Since we are adjacent to the VI National Park we have direct access to hiking trails Take an evening stroll to a nearby overlook or a vigorous hike to the North Shore beaches. Beautifully landscaped and surrounded by native forest Villa Tamarindo is private yet only 1.5 miles from the shops and restaurants in Cruz Bay.

We also have a bocce court on site and access to National Park hiking trails to the beach and a nearby overlook.
St John is a quiet island yet has all the modern facilities you need. More than half the island is National Park and Villa Tamarindo is on the park boundary. Powder fine sand beaches fringed with beautiful coral reefs circle the island. Activities include snorkeling, diving, fishing, hiking, sailing, kayaking and many more. Day trips are available to the nearby British Virgin Islands as well. There are several world class restaurants as well as casual and local dining. Live music is found nightly in several establishments. Shopping includes duty free jewelry and electronics and local arts and crafts. St John is truly the jewel of the Caribbean
