A stone's throw from Big Bear's famous Snow Summit, this brand new and beautifully appointed cabin has every amenity necessary for a wonderful and enjoyable time in Big Bear. From the fully equipped kitchen to the flat screen TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms, this cabin is ready to meet all your needs and then some. There is a large fenced yard for barbeques, a deck with a spa for relaxing at the end of a long day on the slopes. There's a game area on the upper landing with foosball and darts to take your mind off the cares you left behind.
The great room includes a stone fireplace for those cozy romantic evenings after the kids are tucked into bed or just to warm those cold fingers and toes at the end of the day . The open kitchen has everything you might need for a hot cup of tea to a full country breakfast to a large family dinner. You can sit out back on the deck and enjoy warm cocoa on those brisk mornings or spend the summer evenings relaxing in the yard smelling the steaks on the grill and checking your email or sending photographs to your friends on the cabin's WIFI to show them the wonderful time you're having and your beautiful surroundings.
Here at the Summit Cabin, you have nearby access to all that Big Bear has to offer you: boating on the lake, restaurants in town, wonderful shopping available at the Village, hiking, fishing, skiing, or just exploring the beauty of Big Bear.
This is the perfect place to bring that group of buddies from school, the family for a long visit and a chance to grow even closer. It's large enough for staff retreats and small enough for a couple who wants close and convenient access to all the recreational opportunities in the area. So, if you like be in the middle of the action but feel like you're a million miles away, Summit is the cabin for you.

| Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. |

| Other Policies: A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee. Hot Tub Rules: Hot tub rules should be posted in clear sight of the hot tub. Here are sample hot tub rules: Children and pregnant women should not use hot tub. Nevada law does not allow anyone under the age of 15 in hot tubs. Cover hot tub after use. Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
