Kai Vista stands tall above the beautiful colors of the beach and ocean. This well-maintained Luxury Villa is ideally located just a 1/4 mile east of Rum Point directly on the Ocean. The recently renovated Villa has a great combination of Caribbean flare and modern amenities. Loaded with amenities. Kai Vista enjoys great snorkeling and swimming directly off the naturally sandy beach. The Villa has full A/C but is also situated to take advantage of the cooling trade winds. The private swimming pool is heated during the winter. There is a property manager available 24/7 to assist you with any needs you may have while on the island.

Our family of 6 spent 8 days at Kai Vista and cannot recommend it enough. It is impeccably clean, beautiful and more than comfortable. The pool is exceptionally large and right on the ocean. the pool furniture (and beach furniture) was wonderful - double lounger beds were terrific. Outdoor speakers by the pool were a nice touch as well. We used the propane grill almost every night - made it very easy. House sits on beach that is a protected reef - we snorkeled twice a day and would end up at Rum Point and walk back. Just awesome (and safe) snorkeling right out the door. To the right at the end of the beach is a perfect crystal clear swim spot. Great for kids. House came with kayaks, bikes and kitchen was totally equipped. All beds were comfortable and had wonderful linens. 3 out of 4 bedrooms were ocean front with spectacular views. Jim, the leasing agent, could not have been more helpful and provided incredibly helpful tips about the island and the north side of the island. To us, perfectly secluded, but had the ability to go to Rum Point or Kaibo walking or by bike. Also, Over the Edge Restauarant was a quick 5 minute ride away. We checked out lots of other houses that we had considered renting and none of them compared to Kai Vista! We definitely will be booking this house again!

I definitely recommend Kai Vista to all families that are looking for a pleasant, spacious house in a quiet area, great snorkeling out back, and a beautiful heated pool.
Great location, beautifully decorated, and fantastic amenities!
Roy, the property manager, was responsive and very competent and accommodating. We had a small difficulty when we arrived and Roy immediately effectively dealt with it.
Great house, great accommadations, great choice!
December 2008
We stayed at Kai Vista for a week in late December, 2008. The home is wonderful, well equipped for cooking, living and just having fun. The beach in front is beautiful, with the best snorkeling in the area. The local manager as well as the lindividual in charge of leasing the property provided great service and valuable information. I wish we could have stayed longer. We plan to visit again.
