'Coral Kai' offers 4,000 sq. ft. under roof and an additional 2,000 sq ft. veranda, tiled deck and pool area. Vaulted ceilings, separate TV room & open floor plan all contribute to a relaxing atmosphere for a Caribbean Holiday. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central A/C, Internet access and telephones. Charcoal BBQ Grill. Only restrictions are that the owner is very wary of accommodating small children, as the pool deck gets slippery when wet. Also, a $500 damage deposit is held on a credit card. Sandy beach, great snorkeling and proximity to restaurant's and the Rum point Club make 'Coral Kai' a very desirable home. This is a non-smoking home.
