Beach lodging in Newport has the ideal location for enjoying sunny Newport Beach with three accommodations to choose from located just ONE HOUSE from the beach and three blocks from the Newport Beach Pier.

The front unit is a cute 2-Bedroom, 1-Bath beach cottage with a full kitchen ideal for a family of 4 to 6. The lower rear unit is a large 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath unit with full kitchen and patio ideal for 2 to 4 people. The upper rear unit is the largest with 2-Bedrooms, 2 full baths and an ocean view from the master bedroom.

Skylights in kitchen and master bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and trash compactor. Attached sundeck has a picnic table and BBQ.

All rentals have carport parking, cable TV, laundry facilities and are ideally located within walking distance to just about everything.

WEEKLY RATES: $1350.00 to $1750.00 All rentals start Saturday @ 2:00 pm &end Saturday @ 10:00 am. Not included above is a 10% Bed Tax (Cityof Newport Beach), $75 cleaning fee, $500 security deposit refundableless any damage. All rates are subject to change.
