Property Information

Just off the Access Road on Sugarbush Mountain, this large Southface villa has fantastic views of the mountains and the woods from the soaring windows. The spacious open floor plan offers expansive views from all rooms and a light and airy feeling to the home. All three of the bedrooms have private baths. The kitchen is equipped for gourmet cooking with a new gas stove/electric convection oven, new dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a trash compactor. For indoor entertainment, soak in your own hot tub or watch movies or cable TV on one of 3 TV/VCR units. The living room has a new TV with a DVD and VCR. The loft has its own TV and VCR plus your master bedroom has a TV with VCR. We're right off the Mountain Road - on the seasonal bus route to skiing, walking distance to our own swimming pool and tennis courts. Golf and restaurants are a short distance away. Hiking and biking are right outside your front door.
