| Check In: The Check in time is 12oclock of the day of arrival. If guests arrives before this time and can be accomodated this will be done. |
| Check Out: The check out time is 10o'clock on the day of departure. If guest must stay on for longer period this could only be done if other guests are not expected in. The keys must be returned before check out will be deemed complete. |
| Deposits: A deposit of 30% is required to secure your stay date. |
| Lodging Tax: NO TAx is applicable |
| Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the guests control the entire deposit or any other payment received would be returned less a fixed charge of $20( to cover any charges)
All other cancellation will be charge a 5% fee. |
| Other Policies: An Aditional deposit of $200-400 is charged for stay that is in excess of two weeks. This deposit is returned once the property was not damaged by the guests. Once an inspection is done and thisis confirmed this will be returned. |

This property is easily accessible via the government road.It is about 2miles east of the airport.The structure is built basically country-style with verandah all around: thus each bedroom is accessible from the outside. Each spacious bedroom has it's private bath and can be locked off from the other rooms and rented individually.There is laundry facilities in the living area as well as kitchen with all amenities.At the back of the house and less that 200 ft away there is a beautiful, secluded beach. This bay(beach) winds for miles and thus the name Winding Bay. No one lives on this beach.

Rooms service and meal preparation would be provided on a request only basis and is not a part of the daily rate. Because this is an island setting upon arrangement grocery items maybe supplied for guests use.
Arrangements of island tours as well as visits of nearby Island and Cays could also be arranged.
Boating/Fishing can also be enjoyed, as fishing trips is also available on site for rental that are paid for by guests .

Surrounding Area
This property is seclusion in the true sense of the word. There is no neighbors for close to a mile.Because the Island is almost untouched, it is practically Crime free. The residents are so few that they leave their homes open for the most part.It is located about 2 miles from the Airport at Colonel Hill, Crooked Island.Colonel Hill is the capital and thus most activities are held there. This settlement has a small food store with basic items and a bar. If you need to get away from the world to meditate, to write, to study, to recouperate,to unwind or just as a hide away, you have found your place. The atttraction would be a boat trip, a tour of the island, bird watching, or nature's trail. You may also chose to get involed in what ever activities the island is having. They are always recruiting visitors, thus they would fit you right in. |
