Beautiful vacation rental home in exclusive beachfront Hermosa Palms community, just across the street from the oversized community pool and beach access. Steps to one of the most consistent surf breaks in Costa Rica. Only 5 minutes drive to restaurants and 15 minutes to downtown Jaco.
The house is fully air conditioned and tiled. Casa McDermott's desert style contrast with its bright green surroundings. Terracotta colors are accented with clay tiles, wood framing, thick wood posts, an antique entrance door and interior brick walls. The foyer floor adds an artistic touch with decorative tiles.
The living area has a comfortable microfiber sofa, TV and DVD player, as well as a stereo. The spacious kitchen has a large stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker and a granite breakfast counter. The wood and glass dining table is large enough for 6.
The bedrooms are all on the second floor. The Master bedroom has a masterfully carved, thick wooden King size bed, blackout curtains, TV and ensuite bathroom. Sliding doors open up to a large terrace with a table for four with umbrella, ideal for breakfast or dinner al fresco.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, also wonderfully wood crafted, as well as blackout curtains and large closet. The room also open to the same terrace. The third bedroom has two Full size beds and a large closet, and shares the bathroom with the second bedroom.
Other sitting areas include a covered roof top deck with ocean view and the entrance terrace with a breezy ceiling fan. There is a storage room for surfboards at the entrance and an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. The covered carport is large enough for two cars.
