Designer home in excellent location on quiet street, 450 meters to main street, 700 to beach or 6-8 minute walk.
New construction with high ceilings and an eclectic mixture of modern and rustic styles. It is secure and fully air-conditioned.
Large and completely private pool, next to a thatch-roofed slate rock terrace and gas barbecue grill.
The property is walled-in and consists of a two bedroom, two bathroom, main house and two adjacent self-sufficient efficiency apartments with private bathrooms and independent street entry. An interior walkway connects the apartments to the rest of the property.
The main house (sleeps seven) has King and Queen bedrooms with private bathrooms and open to the pool area. The Master bedroom has TV. The living room has a twin sofa-bed and a loft with two Twin beds (80 cm wide). The loft is meant mostly for kids.
The living room also has extra comfortable couches and seats 11 people around a TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, and internet connection. The main house kitchen is ample and well equipped.
Each of the two apartments sleeps four in one double bed and two twin beds or sofabeds. Each has TV, a small kitchen, private bathroom, and safe deposit box.

Rates quoted here are for the full house. Property may be rented in segments to accommodate smaller groups during low and high season only. Please inquire. During Christmas & New Year weeks the property is only rented as a whole.
NOTE: All rates shown here are for families and mixed groups up to the maximum number of people indicated. For groups of single men the same rate applies for up to 1 person per bed or sofa bed. Main house: 5 beds. Each apartment: 3 beds. Each additional single man is $25 per night ($45 in Xmas/New Year).
