Property Information
This ocean front condo is in a 24 hour security gated small community of 8 separate dwelling duplexes. Ground floor with a glorious wrap around patio from the master suite, with fire place, to the dining room to the living room. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private patio. Beautiful Mexican tiles in the kitchen and double sink bathrooms. The living room has two new comfy queen futons. TV for DVD, foosball table, stereo and fireplace. The kitchen has all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Large gas BBQ on the patio as well as a fire pit. Also includes a washer and dryer. Wireless internet.

$100- 175per night
The rates include taxes. There is a $250.00 refundable damage deposit required. Cleaning fee of 50.00
WEEKDAYS 120 per night, WEEKENDS 175 per night
Holiday weekends are 200 per night- again add another night (4th) for only 100!
