Property Information
Dos Vistas sits on a hill overlooking Playa Hermosa beach (west), village of Playa Hermosa (west and south), Panama Bay (north), and the hillsides surrounding the quaint village (east). This 360 degree view is unique and offers spectacular sunsets and sunrises, gorgeous day views, and perfect year round ventilation and privacy.
The home has four separate well-appointed theme bedroom suites each featuring a private full bath, unique ocean view from a private balcony or private patio and view of the surrounding hills. All bedrooms have private air conditioners, ceiling fans and effective cross ventilation. All are very spacious with king or queen beds and ample closet space to hide those suitcases and clutter.
The shared areas of the home feature a well-appointed kitchen with multiple views, large living area with entertainment center, large round dining room table with full open air potential (air conditioning is available as well but seldom necessary). The infinity edge pool faces the ocean with spectacular sunset views and plenty of open spaces for enjoying the outside. A large covered porch provides as area to escape the sun while still allowing a pool and ocean view.
On the second floor there is a large gallery area open on three sides with views beyond imagination. The gallery is a completely furnished gathering place featuring a spiral staircase from the pool area as well as access from the master suite. The gallery features an open barbeque, bar area, and refrigerator. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the mornings, afternoons and evenings under the cover of a vaulted roof.
