Property Information
Very large brand new villa with beautiful sunset and ocean views. Wonderful gazebo with dining and sitting areas embraced by a huge pool, a Jacuzzi make this house the perfect home for a large family or a group of friends . Bleu Passion also features a pool table, a gourmet kitchen and four large bedrooms with an additional bedroom for children or a nanny.
Four bedrooms have king size beds, TV (not connected to satellite) & DVD . The fifth additional bedroom has twins. All bedrooms have private bathroom & air conditioning.
Distances: To Marigot: 10 min. drive
To Nearest Grocery Store: 5 min. drive
To Beach: Short 2 minute drive to Plum Beach

Additional tax and service charges include daily maid service (except Sunday), airport pickup, rental car reservations with airport pick up and return, 24/7 local assistance while on island, welcome gift, arrangements for chef service, restaurant reservations in high season, island concierge services before and during your stay.
