( one bath in master, one in hallway) has 4 TV's / 2 DVD players and free Wifi. One parking spot in garage downstairs, the other spot is reserved, but in a lot off site, about a block away. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
If you are a boardwalk fanatic, this town home is the perfect place for you! Located on the corner of Talbot St and Baltimore Ave, this was built in 2008. Every detail has been beautifully designed and decorated with beach comfort in mind. Spacious enough for 10 -11 people, the 2 level floor plan allows for privacy and plenty of room. Enjoy being just steps to the boards, beach, shopping, restaurants and more! The townhouse will have 4 TV's & 2 DVD's. The property is non smoking, no pets please. There is 1 garage parking spot on site, and another reserved, uncovered space within a couple block vicinity to the town house. Mini week rentals available all summer.
