Vacation Rental DescriptionThree bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Craftsman lodge with attached granny unit on over one-third acre, with nearby beach access. Main house is very spacious (3500 sq. ft), sleeping 8, with wood-stove in living room, hot tub on 1100 square foot deck, gourmet kitchen, dining area with gracious seating for eight and a gas fireplace, and fenced yard with lots of running space for dogs and kids. High-speed cable Internet access. Master bedroom has king bed, wood-stove, private deck, and claw-foot tub in addition to full bath with shower. Second bedroom has queen bed; third bedroom is a crow's nest with queen bed and spectacular views. Two twin floor futons can be put anywhere for extra sleeping. The Artisan House Granny sleeps six. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second a double bed, and there is a sleeping loft, with single bed, reached through one of the bedrooms, as well as a single floor futon. Has its own living/dining room, bath with combination tub/shower, and full kitchen. Within one or two blocks of good restaurants, Monte Rio Beach with boat rentals, Monte Rio movie theater, and Pegasus Theater. Washer/dryer.
