Vacation Rental Description

Seven bedroom, five and a half bath river-front home. Formerly the Koret family summer home, with 5500 square foot of living space, extensive grounds with willow and redwood trees, stunningly furnished in 1930's style antiques, this is the ultimate in grace, luxury, and comfort. There are two levels, each with a magnificent stone fireplace. The upstairs main living area has a separate dining room seating 12 - 14, and a 47' sun porch overlooking the river, equipped with Titanica style loungers. The three bedrooms have a king bed and two queens, and there is a trundle (two single beds) on the sun porch and a single day bed in the living room. Downstairs there is a large combination living/dining room with 50" television, with wet bar/kitchen pass through, tiled floor and leather couches around the fireplace, plus a pool table. Two bedrooms have two twin beds each, two more bedrooms, accessible only through the first two bedrooms or from deck, have a queen and a king. There is a single daybed in the living room and a set of bunk beds (double plus single bed) in the large recreation room, plus a ping pong table and mini office setup, with high-speed Internet access and fax machine. The downstairs level has its own deck with patio furniture.There is a deck above the river with a large hot tub under the redwood trees. A broad staircase leads to a concrete pier for sunning, fishing, and swimming, plus there are kayaks and a canoe. There are two large lawn areas, a hammock, and a basketball hoop.
