Vacation Rental Description

Triana Casa is an absolutely beautiful property located a stone's throw away from the beach towards the southern end of Harbour Island. The house was built in 2005 by one of Harbour Island's best Contractors. Everything about the property says lay back, relax, and enjoy the Island Life. The property also comes with a bonus 4 seat golf cart that will be available after November, 2010. This property is definitely the most for the money.

The property is ideal for groups with more than one family or who would like their own private unit and still be steps away from the rest of their group. The upper floor and the lower floor are separate units, both with its own kitchen, living room, and all the necessary appliances. The lower unit has a master bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and its own bath, another room with 2 queen size beds, a den with a full bed and a lovely courtyard to melt away. The upper unit has 2 rooms; one with a king size bed, the other with 2 queen size beds, one bath and a balcony where the ocean breeze will tranquilize you. The Lower Unit may be rented without the upper unit for a lower rate, but can only be booked 1 month or less prior to arrival.

This house is wonderful. It is nicely decorated and welcoming. Everything is very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of extra towels and sheets if needed. The laundry room located in the back of the house is very convenient. The living and sleeping areas are quite spacious. The upstairs unit is very quaint and has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the ocean. Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The kids loved using the boogie boards that were provided. We enjoyed waking up in the morning and only having a short two-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the terrace provided a nice place to relax. We would definitely stay here again!
