Luxurious Six BR Home + Media Rm with Ski Run & Lake Views This luxurious six-bedroom two level house is 3,800 sq ft and will feel like your home away from home. After staying in this house you will want to come back year after year. The house offers spectacular deer valley ski run and Jordanelle reservoir lake views. The house is professionally decorated with all new furniture, artwork and has all high end finishes. The house is conveniently located: seven minutes to the Gondola at Deer Valley, nine minutes to the base of Park City Resort/Main Street and forty minutes from Salt Lake City airport. The house is located 2 minutes off of the main road into Park City/ Deer Valley and there are no steep or cliff side roads to worry about during the winter months. The roads are cleared immediately during a storm and the driveway at the house is plowed anytime there is one inch or more of snow. The house includes: *Two Livings Rooms, each with their own custom stone lined gas fireplaces and Flat Screen Televisions. The upstairs fireplace is wood burning with a gas starter and the Downstairs fireplace works with the flick of a switch. *The upstairs living room has two leather sofas and a leather loveseat with an ottoman.
