The home features a fenced in front yard for children with a large farmer's front porch. There is a nice deck in the back of the house just off the kitchen facing a sizable yard. The home has an outdoor shower. There are ceiling fans throughout the house and all rooms have at least two windows to capture the wonderful summer breezes. NO Pets Allowed, No Smoking.
A lagoon beach is nearby, suitable for walking and collecting shells. There is minimal traffic on this street. We are about ten minutes by bike from Circuit Avenue.
