A ground floor suite some view of the ocean and easy access to the pool and the beach.
This is a one-bedroom suite with a full size kitchen with all new appliances and everything you'll need. French doors open up to a courtyard with Mexican tile and a fountain by your door. The shaded patio has a porch swing and glider chairs and is very private. This suite has a special charm with its double shutter doors that open in the bedroom. There is a Queen size bed and a large bathroom with a tiled shower. The living room has a futon sofa that makes into a full size bed for guests. (Maximum occupancy is 3 people).

This small, quaint town is between the intracoastal waterway (Indian River Lagoon) and the Atlantic Ocean. Indialantic (Melbourne Area) is famous for surfing, and the large amount of sea turtle nesting, and surf fishing. On the opposite end of the boardwalk you can rent - bikes, surf boards, body boards, roller blades, jet skis, etc. Many restaurants, diners, hair salons, surf shops and coffee shops are all within walking distance (2 blocks). Two miles away, over the bridge, is the historic downtown Melbourne, great restaurants, gift shops, antiques, fine boutiques, fine wine shops, coffee shops and a wonderful small theater (The Phoenix), and the Henegar Center.
