Property Information
This bright, beautiful, European-design, penthouse condominium will make Big Boulder Lake part of your living
room. Even from the upstairs Jacuzzi, the lake is viewed from the windows that reach up to a cathedral ceiling. Privacy is built in with the angle of the building, which places you nearly "in"
the lake.
Air Conditioning and Free Internet Access
Unlike many other accommodations in the Poconos, this retreat is air conditioned. Bring your lap top to connect to the
cable modem through a wireless router or a USB cable.
There is plenty of room for the family if you care to share this vacation with them.
Two bedrooms downstairs each have a full bath. One has two full beds, the other a king. The loft contains a sitting area
with TV/VCR/DVD, two twin beds, a pull-out sofa, a Jacuzzi room and full-size bath, and a bonus room with a queen sized
bed.
Step out onto the deck to feel nature and immerse yourself in it. Deer and ducks and chipmunks will entertain you, and
sailboats and kayaks will add to your view. Throw a fishing rod into the stocked lake.
The heated pool for summertime use is viewable from your deck as well. In season enjoy the hot tub there while
watching the picturesque lake and mountains. You will feel as though you have been transplanted.
Also in summer, there are two beach areas and another pool with a restaurant within a short walking distance. At this Lake
Club, you can rent boats, sit on the beach, play tennis or fish.
Many restaurants as well as golf (Split Rock), miniature golf, bowling, a movie theater, paintball, Traxx Motorsports,
and white-water rafting are only a hop, skip, and a jump away. Enjoy the many Festivals - Celtic, Blues, Wine, Arts and
Crafts, Beer.
In winter you can be picked up in the parking lot to go to the Big Boulder ski slopes or tubing slopes that are across the lake. You can easily walk there. The ski slopes can be viewed from midlake condos. Jack Frost is another ski area minutes away. The cross-country skiing at nearby Hickory Run State Park is also excellent.

Summer (Jun 15-Sep 15): $550-$650/weekend; $800-$1400/week; $100/night for additional days.
Winter (Nov 15-Mar 15):$600-$675/weekend; $1400/week; $300/night (F-S); $200/night (Su-Th).
Off Season (Fall-Sep 15-Nov 15; Spring-Mar 15-Jun 15):$400-$750/wkend; $550-$800/week.
* Holiday Weekends including Races have a three-night
minimum.
Five-Night Specials available Sunday to Thursday.
