Vacation Rental Policies
| Payment Options: Accepted forms of payment are personal checks (drawn on a US bank), bank certified checks, money orders or wire transfers. |
| Check In: Check-in is at 04:00 pm or later. |
| Check Out: Check-out is at 10:00 am or earlier. |
| Required Stay: One week minimum stay. |
| Deposits: We only need your credit card details to secure the house for you. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. |
| Lodging Tax: 11% |
| Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or less prior to your date of arrival, the full amount is due. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to your date of arrival, only 25% of the rental rate are due. If you cancel 61 or more days prior to your date of arrival, there is only a $100.00 administration fee. |
