Vacation Rental Description
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor unit with an absolutely spectacular view of the courtyard, pools and ocean.
The living area has a TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and access to a private balcony. There's a well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for basic meal preparation.
Each of the bedrooms has a queen bed. The master bedroom has, in addition, a daybed and a kitchenette with microwave and small refrigerator, making it ideal for a young family.
The Villa Capriani complex has WiFi in the lobby, an on-site restaurant and lounge, several pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts--everything you need to make your vacation complete.

A Message From the Owners
We have owned 404B for the last 12 years and have made improvements yearly in order to keep our unit fresh and updated, and so provide our guests with the best possible vacation experience. A few years ago we set a goal to redo the entire condo. The following is a recap of our upgrades:
4 years ago - new furnishings and artwork
3 years ago - complete redo of bathrooms, new satin nickle hardware and electrical fixtures throughout
2 years ago - new air conditioner, new washer & dryer, completely renewed kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances
1 year ago - new carpet and window blinds, upgraded furniture in both bedrooms
Every year - fresh paint as needed
The entrance to our condo is on the 3rd floor with one flight of stairs leading up to the living levels on the fourth floor overlooking the pools and ocean, making our unit nice and quite and giving us breathtaking views. Sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the ICW and salt marshes are spectacular. We think all these amenities make 404B an excellent value--one of the best on the island.
