The beach house has a complete full sized kitchen with dishwasher, and is nice, clean, and tasteful furniture. Patio deck area with barbecue. Washer, dryer, and garage. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has a full, and twin. All linens, towels, and most everything you will need is supplied.

300 feet away is the ocean, with sandy beaches for swiming, surfing, kyacking, diving, surf fishing, and snokeling. There's very nice areas for walking, jogging, also biking. You can rent bikes, kayaks, and surfboards a few blocks away. Close by is a lagoon, where you can rent boats, jet skis, and enjoy other water sports. 4 miles away is deep sea fishing, sail, and motor boat harbor.
*Legoland is 3 miles, Seaworld 25 miles, Disneyland, 55 miles, the San Diego zoo, 30 miles away. Carlsbad has a charming village with cafes, shopping, antiques, and entertainment, and that is a 10 minute walk.
