Property Information
Kingtown Beach is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes in Trumansburg, New York, on the west shore of beautiful Cayuga Lake. Surrounded by woods, our secluded, three-bedroom, two-bath house sits right on the lake side, which you can drive right down to.
Cayuga Lake (the most beautiful of the Finger Lakes) is part of the Barge Canal System which means you can boat from the Atlantic Ocean to Lake Ontario and all the way to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Geneva, and more. Cayuga Lake is 42 miles long. The widest point is three-and-one-half miles. The deepest spot is 435 feet, so you better wear your life jacket!
Cayuga Lake is wonderful for all those who love boating, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, sunsets, moonbeams, and rainbows. Fishermen enjoy an over abundance of landlocked salmon, lake, brown, and rainbow trout, pickerel, pike, perch, bass, and smelt (in the spring).

Kingtown Beach Lake House:
$2500 per week for 12 people or $650 per night with a 3 night minimum.
The House is typically rented from Saturday to Saturday. One electric boat hoist comes with house.
Cottage #1 (Closest to the lake and has loft bed) $1000 per week, $275 per night up to with a 3 night minimum.
Covered Front Porch with picnic table and sitting area 2 bedrooms one with a full sized bed, one with bunk bed and 1 loft bed
Inside sitting area with Satellite TV
Kitchenette with full sized stove, sink, half refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, utensils, pots and pans, etc.
1 bathroom, with standup shower, sink and toilet
Cottage #2 (2nd Closest to the lake and has loft bed)
$1000 per week, $275 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Covered Front Porch with picnic table and sitting area
2 bedrooms with full sized beds
1 loft bed
Inside sitting area with Satellite TV
Kitchenette with full sized stove, sink, half Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, utensils, pots and pans, etc.

$800 per week, $225 per night with a 3 night minimum.

Cottage #5
$1000 per week $275 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Cottage #5 is up a little hill behind the other cottages with GREAT views. It is the largest of the cottages. It has 2 bedrooms a full living room, kitchen, bath and very large front porch. It has all linens and utensils, satellite TV.
Cottage #6
$1000 per week $275 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Cottage #6 up a little hill across from cottage #5. It has 2 bedrooms a full living room, kitchen, bath and very large front porch. It will have all linens and utensils, satellite TV. It has a very nice view of the lake and very private.
Yurts #1 & #2
They have fully stocked kitchens, baths, living room with fold down Futon couch, 2 bedrooms, air conditioning Satellite TV, covered porches, fire/BBQ pit, picnic table.
They are both $1000 per week or $275 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Vacation Rental Policies
| Other Policies: Refund Policy:
After we have received a 50% deposit for your rental reservation and if you let us know that you will not be able to make the reservation in enough time to re-rent we will refund all but 10%. If we can not re-rent the same we will keep the 50% deposit.
As we are a very small operation, we have many people that want to rent the same weeks in the same cottage, yurt or lakehouse and we have to turn them away, and they have to find other lodging (which means we're not getting them back), so giving us plenty of time to re-rent is a must.

Pet Policy:
We welcome pets. We have a $50 per pet charge (per Lake House, Cottage or Yurt, for multiple renters) required with your deposit. Pets MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE. As we've seen older, very mellow dogs have REAL SEPARATION ANXIETY and bark incessantly, eat doors and furniture, etc., and that becomes very expensive and time consuming.
Dogs must always be leashed and picked up after.
Please, if you have a constantly barking dog think about the other guests and leave him/her home.
