Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Credit Cards that we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.

Check In: Check-in is 4 pm.

Check Out: Check-out is 10 am during ski season; please call to request a later check-out during other seasons (up to 12 pm noon).

Required Stay: Minimum stay varies: 2 nights (April 5-Nov 9), 3 nights, or 5 nights (Dec 22-Jan 4).

Deposits: A reservation deposit that is equal to the rate of a two night stay at the rental rate of the desired dates of the stay will be charged when the reservation is made. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 45 days of the arrival date the full amount including tax is required at the time of booking the reservation.

Lodging Tax: 11.675% Breckenridge lodging tax is required by the Town of Breckenridge.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total amount paid, unless we are able to re-book the entire stay. If we are able to re-book the entire stay full refunds will be made less a $150 cancellation fee.
