Kokomo is a wonderful 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home on a large lot right on the Gulf of Mexico. This home has spectacular views and sunsets. Each room of the house has ocean views. This house can accommodate up to 10 occupants, limit of 8 adults and 2 children, 12 or under. The house has 2 levels. On the lower level is the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms with King Size beds and a bathroom. The spiral staircase takes you up to the upper level where the living room and 2 additional bedrooms with King Size beds and a bath are. All rooms of the house have views of the ocean. Outside the large private yard has a Heated Pool, Hot Tub and sitting area with lounge chairs and tables. The dock has room for a good size boat and has electric and water. The fish are plentiful and easy to catch. Other amenities include 4 TVs with satellite, 2 DVD players, stereo CD player, free Continental US long distance, High Speed Internet, all new appliances including washer and dryer and new furniture, bedding, linens and towels.
For Very Large Groups -- We have 3 rentals on Morton street with a total occupancy of 40(16, 14, 10) people.

There are many activities nearby. Several State Parks, Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, places to rent boats, jet skiis, or go snorkeling, fishing or diving. Only minutes to the Seven mile bridge by car or boat and only an hour dirve to Key West. The Sombrero Country Club is nearby for the golfers in the group.
