This Luxury Townhouse complex is located on the 15th fairway of the Resort's Beach Golf Course. Enjoy views of Mauna Kea, Kohala Mountains, golf courses, lava fields and swaying palm trees.
Our townhouse is located next to the 15th fairway with incredible views. Greet the morning with a long walk among fragrant flowers or a sun-splashed sail pushed by brisk trade winds. Play a quick set of tennis or maybe a round of golf on the nearby Beach Course or championship King's Course. Take a horseback ride. Cruise on your mountain bike. Shop for hours or enjoy world class dining. Fish for a trophy catch from the ocean depths. In winter, spend a snowy morning on the slopes of majestic Mauna Kea then go for an afternoon swim in warm crystal clear waters amid schools of curious tropical fish or whale watching from a sail boat.
Villa Rental Features: This is a brand new, luxury, gated complex. It is located next to the World Famous Hilton Waikola Beach Resort where you can swim with the dolphins. The actual villa is approximately 1236 square feet with two stories and is appointed with luxurious furnishings. Decorated in an island style, upon entering you are greeted with lucious tropical flowers and your own personal giant palm tree which emphasizes the vaulted ceiling and feeling of spaciousness.

High Season - Dec. 18th to April 15th, June 11th to Sept. 15th every year:

Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay for a charge of $150.00. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of one-nights lodging and one-hights rent is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
