All our homes are tastefully furnished, well maintained, exceptionally clean, offer full kitchens, hot tubs, linens and towels are supplied as well as much more.

Off Season Rates:
All rates are dependent on availability, size of group, length of stay. Call for specials.

2 night minimum (3 night minimum for major holidays and festivals)
$ 95 cleaning fee on all stays
Wedding parties or large receptions must pay a $500 cleaning deposit
Pets are permitted with a signed agreement and the payment of a $200 deposit + $10 per night per animal.

Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival are subject to forfeiture of the deposit unless the property is fully re-booked. All other cancellations will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Property Activities
Bennington House is located directly across the street from Newport's Performing Arts Center and one block from the Vietnam Memorial Park which has quickly become the most comfortable beach entry in Nye Beach. Bennington House is located right next door to both the Applegate and Wakefield homes and at the opposite end of the block from the Fairhaven House.
