Payment is by wire, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover with NO added fee for credit card payment.
Winter reservations are Saturday to Saturday.
Payment is due at time of booking.
The reservation deposit is 50%.
The balance is due 91 days prior to arrival.
Christmas and New Years reservations, if available, are paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellation is allowed up to 91 days prior to arrival with a 10% of total rent fee.
Within 91 one days, no refund. Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable regardless of when cancelled.
