Property Information
This asbolutely stunning property has a host of features not found in other villas! L'Oasis has a fully equipped media room with plush seating; and a roof-top moon deck with a double size chaise lounge. Each of the five bedrooms has its own safe, telephone, intercom, TV/VCR and hair dryer.
For those who like to stay in shape, there is an air conditioned gym with free weights, a tread mill, and a complete bathroom. When it comes to swimming, guests can choose from a dip in the sea, or either of the two swimming pools... one is located by the house and the other is by the beach pavilion. A French chef to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in the basic price (food is extra). That creates an all inclusive St. Martin package.
Marigot is a 10 minute drive, the grocery store is a 5 minute drive, and the beach is just outside the door...
The 6th bedroom will be available as of December 2005.

Payment is by Personal or Bank Check. A 50% deposit is required if reservation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival. Final payment due 90 days before arrival.
Additional tax and service charge include tranfer from airport to villa. Local management available 24/7.
Special welcome gift upon arrival and concierge service before and during guest stay.
Deposits and final payments are non refundable unless the villa is unavailable to some emergency (act of god). Travel insurance is offered for a small additional fee to protect travel investment.
