Mirabelle offers the best of both worlds ... it is both a hillside and waterfront villa. Located on Simpson Bay Lagoon, it features a private dock and a wonderful view of the lagoon and Marigot. Marigot is a 15 minute drive, the grocery store is a 5 minute drive, and Mirabelle is with easy walking distance to Baie Rouge Beach. All three bedrooms offer king sized beds, AC and ceiling fans, private baths and TV.
Kitchen includes: 7 burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and BBQ. Living Room has provincial furniture, TV, Stereo Tape/CD/DVD and ceiling fans, satellite dish, three safes, phone, washer/dryer and emergency generator. Restrictions No children under 10 years old. Call for special 2 BR rate in low season.
